Online therapy works just as well than traditional in-person therapy. From the comfort of your home, office, hotel room or car, you have a session without needing to worry about traffic or setting aside additional time out of your day to travel to my office.
Online therapy also allows me to work with people who live across the District of Columbia and Maryland.
I used an encrypted platform (not need to download) and all you need is an internet connection and a private setting.
Whether you’re wanting to do a combination of online and in-office or work with me exclusively online, you’ll start off by scheduling your free, no-obligation 15-minute phone consultation.
During your call, I’ll ask you some questions and allow you to ask me anything so that we can see if we’re a good fit for each other.
After your consultation, I’ll email you a link to your client portal where you can complete the intake paperwork at your leisure prior to your first session. You’ll also receive a link to your virtual “waiting room,” and you’ll use this same link to attend every session.
A few minutes before your session, you’ll simply click the link and wait until I begin the session.
